Breath easy Tam.

I knew Tam from school and then got to know her really well. She was the most beautiful girl i ever met, so kind, genuine, loving and would never let her illness get in the way of anything she wanted to do. Anyone that met her was a very lucky person. U will be sorely missed Tam! Rest in paradise. Sweet dreams! Love ya! Xxx
